India’s leading SUV manufacturer, Mahindra, has crossed yet another milestone with over 5000 of its Scorpio-based pickup truck, Scorpio Pik-Up, in the Nepalese market.The Scorpio Pik-Up is powered by a 2.2-litre mHawk EV engine that belts out a maximum power of 140 bhp at 3,750 rpm and develops a peak torque of 320 Nm at 1,500-2,800 rpm. Mahindra offers the 6-speed manual gearbox as standard across all three variants and a choice of either a 4×2 or 4×4 drivetrain.The Mahindra Scorpio Pik-Up offers a strong value-for-money proposition. In terms of features, the pickup truck comes loaded with dual airbags, 2.5-ton towing capacity, rain-sensing automatic wipers, auto headlamps, fully automatic climate control, anti-lock braking system, 7-inch touchscreen integrated infotainment and navigation, steering mounted controls, cruise control, rear parking view camera, all power windows, power mirrors, dual projector headlamps with DRLs, and micro-hybrid technology, etc.In Nepal, the Scorpio Pik-up starts at Rs 43,00,000 and goes up to Rs 50,00,000.
